Getting Started
Sign up, follow the short setup wizard, and you can be answering customers in a few minutes. Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial of everything — no credit card needed.

When you sign up, Sonny walks you through five quick steps.
Create your workspace
Enter your company name and pick your timezone. The timezone is used for things like office hours and reports, so pick where your team actually works.
Choose your first channel
A channel is a place customers reach you — like a support email address or a live chat widget on your website. You can set one up now or click "Skip for now" and do it later.
Configure your channel
Give the channel a name (like "Support"). A unique email address is generated for it automatically, and you can optionally connect a website to get the live chat widget too.
Invite your team
Add teammates by email and pick what they're allowed to do. This step is optional — you can always invite people later from Settings > Users.
Try it out
Send a real email to your new channel address and watch it appear in your inbox seconds later. That's the whole loop — you're live!
