Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Sonny platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sonny, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

Sonny provides a unified customer communication platform that includes live chat and email ticketing functionality. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sonny only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the service by, any third party. Prohibited conduct includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the service.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly. A 7-day free trial is provided for new accounts. After the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged automatically. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these terms or as required by applicable law.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Sonny is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the service or as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Sonny and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sonny and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sonny, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
