Feature requests
Suggest ideas, vote on what matters, discuss real use cases, and follow an idea from review to release.
Open the ideas board
On desktop, select Feature Requests near the bottom of the sidebar. On mobile, open the menu and select Feature Requests under Tools.
Suggest a feature

Select Suggest a feature.
- 02
Enter a short Title of at least three characters.
- 03
Use Details (optional) to explain the problem and how the idea would help.

Select Submit idea.
New ideas start as Under review. If it is approved, your submission appears on the public board after review.
Find the right idea
- Search ideas…
- Search words in idea titles and details before creating a new request.
- All statuses
- Show the whole public board or choose one available status.
- Most voted
- Ideas with the most votes first.
- Newest
- The most recently submitted public ideas first.
- Trending
- Recent ideas ranked by votes.
Understand each status
- Under review
- Waiting for the team to review this submission.
- Approved
- We like it — open for votes while we scope it.
- Planned
- On the roadmap and scheduled to be built.
- In progress
- Actively being built right now.
- Beta
- Available in beta — try it and share feedback.
- Live
- Shipped and available to everyone.
Vote and discuss
- Vote on an idea
- Select the up-arrow to add your vote. It becomes highlighted; select the highlighted up-arrow again to remove your vote. With a screen reader, the action is announced as Upvote this idea or Remove your vote.
- Join the discussion
- Open an idea, write in Add a comment…, then select Comment. You can delete your own comment from the same discussion.
What's new
On desktop, select What's New near the bottom of the sidebar to read Sonny's latest customer-facing improvements in date order. A badge shows how many entries you have not seen. Opening What's New clears its unseen count.
Common feedback scenarios
- You have a new workflow idea
- Search first. If no existing idea matches, select Suggest a feature and explain the problem and how you would use the solution.
- An existing idea solves the same problem
- Open it, vote instead of submitting a duplicate, and add a comment with your specific scenario.
- You want to know what has shipped
- Filter Feature Requests to Live for requested work, then read What's New for the latest customer-facing improvements.
