On desktop, open the user menu in the top bar and select Profile.
- 02
On mobile, open the menu and select Profile under Account.
- 03
Scroll to the section you want to change.
What you can change
- Personal Information
Set the Display Name teammates see around Sonny. Email shows the address used to sign in; your email address cannot be changed here.
Display NameEmail
- Upload Avatar
Select your avatar or Upload Avatar, then choose an image. The on-screen limit is “JPG, PNG or GIF. Max 2MB.”
- Email Signature
Set your personal email signature. It overrides channel and workspace defaults unless an admin has locked the channel signature.
- Channel Signatures
Add a different personal signature for a specific email channel. A Locked channel uses the admin-controlled signature instead.
- Notification Preferences
Choose Email and Push for each event, and turn push notifications on for each device where you want to receive them.
EmailPush
Use the dedicated Email signatures and Notifications guides for precedence, variables, event choices, and device setup.
Save profile changes
After changing personal information, signatures, or notification switches, select Save changes in the bar at the bottom. Select Discard to restore the last saved values.
Change Password
- 01
Enter your Current Password.
- 02
Enter a New Password. The new password must be at least 8 characters.
- 03
Enter it again under Confirm New Password.
- 04
Select Change Password.
Change Password uses its own button. You do not need to select Save changes for the password form.
